HVAC design

We provide comprehensive HVAC system design that delivers sustainable performance, seamlessly integrates with architectural features, and well integrated controls. Fire protection design

Fire Protection design We design fire protection systems with a focus on the safety of building occupants and compliance with local fire safety codes. Our designs follow the latest NFPA 13, 13R, and 13D standards, as applicable. In cases of low water pressure from the utility, we include fire pump systems to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of the fire protection system.

Plumbing Design

Energy Model

We are experts in energy modeling to evaluate building performance. Through energy modeling, we can compare alternative HVAC systems or assess performance against a baseline model in accordance with IECC codes. We provide detailed energy model reports for building permits where required. Additionally, we can prepare COMcheck reports, as well as Manual J, S, and D calculations, to meet the requirements of local jurisdiction authorities.

Radiant floor heating

We have designed numerous projects with radiant floor heating systems for high-end residential and commercial applications. Radiant floor heating provides even heat distribution throughout the space, eliminating cold spots in the winter. Additionally, it operates at lower water temperatures compared to traditional heating systems, offering efficient, quiet, and comfortable operation.
