This aviation flight school facility includes classrooms equipped with advanced aviation simulators, conference rooms, a breakroom with kitchenette, and restrooms. SAI provided a complete MEP design package that meets code requirements while prioritizing sustainability and construction cost.
Our design approach focused on reusing the existing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure, with proposed modifications as per project requirements to enhance comfort for students and staff, and to ensure smooth operation during extended training hours.
SAI reconfigured a new fire alarm system and emergency lighting for the space, incorporating photometric calculations to ensure public safety and code compliance.
