SAI will provide complete MEP/FP design services for a new mixed-use development. The project features commercial spaces and parking on the ground floor, with residential apartments located on the upper levels.
SAI will design the CO/NO₂ monitoring and exhaust system for the parking garage. A VRF system with an energy recovery unit will be provided for the commercial areas, allowing simultaneous heating and cooling while enhancing HVAC efficiency. Each apartment will feature a dedicated heat pump system, along with an exhaust system for bathrooms and kitchens to ensure optimal air quality.
We are providing an engineering pre-design assessment of a fire station with a detailed report evaluating the MEP system, code violations, and public safety issues.
We will also work to determine the scope of work due to the addition of new spaces to the building.
SAI is providing comprehensive MEP/FP design services for a new office space renovation. The project includes a large open office, private offices, and two conference rooms, all designed with functionality, comfort, and efficiency in mind.
The HVAC system will feature advanced, high-efficiency heat pump technology. Our team will collaborate closely with the client and architect to develop a smart zoning strategy that ensures comfort while remaining cost-effective.
The electrical design will incorporate elegant LED lighting to create a modern, high-end look, along with reliable egress and emergency lighting for safety and code compliance. Plumbing systems will include water-efficient, low-flow fixtures tailored to the client's requirements. In addition, the space will be fully protected by an NFPA 13-compliant wet sprinkler system, ensuring safety and peace of mind.
